Internet on Silhouette. Am I O.k. with basic or do I need to upgrade?

We have been looking at booking a Guarantee Cabin. We are elite and hoped to use our 90 minutes of free internet. It is no longer listed in the perks. There is only a discounted price listed for buying a package. Has anyone recently had the opportunity to try and use the the 90 minutes of free internet?

According to this, No you get the basic WiFi which is Surf.
