Turtlelove17 Posted February 26, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2022 We are a family of 5 in one room. Do we all need to check in together? We have one unvaccinated toddler and two vaccinated young kids. We are hoping to send one adult to check in with the unvaccinated kiddo (and wait for the antigen test) and avoid pulling the other two from school early. Is this possible? Or do we all need to check in as a family?

cruiseguy1016 Posted February 26, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 26, 2022 It used to be that everyone in the same cabin were all on the same Set Sail Pass. That has changed. I think now everyone has their own Set Sail Pass. As long as everyone has their own Set Sail Pass, you do not need to check in together.
Rare h20skibum Posted February 26, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2022 The email they sent for our sailing next week, says to arrive with your entire party.

Your "entire Travelling party" is everyone on the same Set Sail Pass. Also, you have all been assigned a check-in time. You must show up at that time or your boarding will be delayed. If members of your party have their own Set Sail Pass and different boarding times, you do not need to show up together.
poocher Posted February 26, 2022 #6 Share Posted February 26, 2022 I don’t think the minor children have “their own boarding times” different from their parents.
SG65CB Posted February 27, 2022 #7 Share Posted February 27, 2022 On our last cruise a few weeks ago we had six people in a suite. Four of us arrived at the ship, but two were delayed due to problems getting their car parked. We asked if we could board without them and were allowed to board, they caught up with us later. YMMV but that was my experience boarding Oasis at Miami. Maybe they would "prefer" that you all arrive together, maybe they allowed it because we were in a suite. Everyone had their own SetSail pass on their RC app so there was no reason why we had to board together. Everyone had the same boarding time. We were actually early for ours.
