I have a recently purchased Cruise Next certificate that I would like to use to book a cruise, but when I went through the online process, I couldn’t figure out how to add it. Can anyone offer directions? I usually use a travel agent but she’s unreachable for the next few days and I don’t want to wait because I’m close to the six month window. I read the NCL policy for transferring a reservation and it looks like I can go ahead and book online and then transfer it to her, but only if I can figure out how😂. CreditCard comes up as "option no. 1", but it should be possible to scroll down to a second option; "My Coupons and Credits".
