Lee Cruiser Posted April 21, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2022 We leave on Mardi Gras Saturday. Since we have a lot of onboard credit, we booked an excursion to Vivo Beach Club in San Juan. However, for the last week we've noticed that this excursion is no longer listed. At first, we thought that it may just be sold out. However other excursions are still listed with "sold out" on them. Now we wonder if this one has been cancelled. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? Did Carnival notify you before the cruise? It is still listed for us under our purchases. wemjam Posted April 21, 2022 #3 Share Posted April 21, 2022 Problem with calling is, there is no real way to get through (other than email) to the department that handles excursions. By the time they respond you will be cruising! Worst case just have a back up option planned. You would be notified when you get on and know then and would be refunded back as OBC so you can just rebook something new. At this point you are so close, not much you can do other than have a good back up plan.
ZoeyVictoria Posted April 21, 2022 #4 Share Posted April 21, 2022 We booked a Carnival excursion in Costa Maya for February 2022 that had extremely limited availability (20 people). I had looked at the website several times and it was not listed, then two people apparently canceled because two spots appeared. We booked them immediately, the excursion disappeared, and we never saw it listed again.
