Are casino comps combinable with WOW OBC?

My only experience was I was able to combine the on board booking obc with the $ off from the casino.

As with all things, it all depends on who you get on the other end of the line.  Usually, yes...but sometimes you will get an agent who doesn't know how to process the booking properly.

 

I have 2 bookings that currently have both the OBC promo and a casino discount....so it depends on the agent and probably the promo as well.

Call the casino desk  as they are better at handling these types of transactions.
