Mardi Gras Dining

I was on the Mardi Gras in September and with Anytime Dining you could get the full menu from the dining room in Cucina and Chibang is this still the case ?

We were on Mardi Gras in April.  You could get the "from the grill" menu items, but not the entire main dining room menu.

I've never seen the full MDR menu, only limited selections such as this one.

We were on Mardi Gras in August and April and we could not get the FULL dining room menu (we could get limited MDR menu items both times).  The only reason I know for sure is because I absolutely love the Indian Vegetarian which is available daily in the MDR but not in Cucina/ChiBang.  We did opt to do the lobster in ChiBang (and it was way quicker/less crowded).
