cruise director asks for a item  or asks for and 1st team that has it and shows it gets a point and then repeats in  rounds

Quest has never returned since the pandemic.

Before Covid one of our cruises was a scavenger hunt where you had a set amount of time to find the most countries that crew members were from. You certainly could do a scavenger hunt in a Assisted Living facility. Or do a "Poker Run" where people travel to different areas of facility and pick up a plying card at each location. The person with the best poker hand wins some sort of prize.

I actually find that ironic considering how many other games are being played with close contact.
