Last minute cabin change?!?

Randomly logged in to MSC to check my details and the cabin number has changed? It now doesn't match my luggage tags or my cruise ticket! What's going on? Any idea?

@ScratchTheRat Did you cabin category change ?  Were you upgraded?  Give us the ship name and pre/post cabin # and we will  help.

If this was this evening, I think there is something going on as it's happened to lots of people with upcoming Virtuosa bookings.... I think it may have been a mess up with the IT on their side? Have been on hold but given up for now. But lot's of Facebook posts about it.

 

Have currently been moved from my chosen Aft Facing Balcony to one practically at the front of the ship.

Hi! It’s Virtuosa tomorrow and the cabin category didn’t change, just went from 8229 to 8107

Oh, that's odd. Apparently there are reports of this happening to others on the sailing.  I'm sure everything will work out ok!

You are probably screwed. I had my Yacht club Grand suite taken away and given a regular balcony last September.

 If you call them it will be screwed up more as a rule.
