superduper123 Posted May 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2022 Not specifically related to Celebrity, but didn't know where else to ask this question. Does anyone know why San Juan departures are later in the evening than other departure ports? Just curious if there is a reason for this?
cyntil8ing Posted May 29, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 29, 2022 It's for arriving flights. Many people fly in day of departure for San Juan.

Coincidentally, I'm from Maryland and several years ago, I did fly to San Juan the day of. Even though everyone always says fly in a day early, I never did. 😊
davekathy Posted May 29, 2022 #4 Share Posted May 29, 2022 We always fly in the day prior to our cruise, no matter the embarkation port. On our recent March B2B cruise we booked our air to get us to SJ a day early. Because of JetBlue (we'll never fly with them again) we never got to San Juan until the afternoon of our cruise. A total FUBAR!! 🤬 Glad we weren't scheduled to leave OSJ until 8:30 PM.
