Tea/Coffee making on Enchanted out of Southampton

Interestingly a kettle and tea bags, coffee sachets etc were provided in our cabin on Regal in tge Mediterranean last week. 

Not sure if all cabins had them, or just those occupied by Brits.

Could it be that kettles are provided only on RT cruises out of Southampton? I am hoping for but not expecting one on the Island Princess in latish October.

As I reported previously,  kettles were provided on Regal Princess in the Mediterranean,  which did not cruise out of Southampton.

I do wonder if a higher proportion of the passengers are from the UK than would have been normal on these itineraries pre-pandemic (trying to make up for lower bookings from the USA due to concerns over long haul travel, maybe?)...

Only about 15% of pax were British,  so a pretty low percentage. 

No idea how that compares to pre-pandemic levels.

Can't do without our piping hot tea !  Gonna ask the min we get on if there is not one in the room in Southhampton.  Wondering if it is standard to just automatically add them in cabins for UK citizens.
