Transfer from Venice hotel to Ravenna port Brilliance of the Seas 071722

Has anyone had difficulty booking the  transfer from the airport to Ravenna?  We are spending a few days in Venice before the cruise but planned to return to the airport for the transfer.  Our travel agent is being advised by RCH that the airport transfer is only available to those flying in on the day of sailing and not people who have arrived earlier!!  Given that the last bus to Ravenna is 11.30am on departure day I can't imagine who would risk flying in on the morning of sailing.  Any advice much appreciated 🙂

Starting at 7AM from the Venice airport to Ravenna, or from the ship in Ravenna to the Venice airport?

Get the bus from Tronchetto or say you’re arriving on a flight that morning  - pick one at random… EJ8064 from LGW landing 0910 ?!

We thought of that, our travel agent said lying about which flight you were on was too risky (no idea why!) and as we booked through them we can't book the transfers ourselves 😞

I have no idea why RCI are making this so difficult for people! Why are the transfers to the ship not on the shore excursions planner page; just like the airport drop off excursions are.
