Mofungo for lunch close to the cruise port?

We're only in San Juan from 7:00am-5:00pm on a Tuesday. DH is mobility challenged and can't walk far. Is there a restaurant very close to the port where we can get authentic Mofungo for lunch?

Probably Raices on Calle Del Receinto about a 1/4 mile from the pier.  Or Cafe Manolin,   It's up at Calle San Justo and Calle Forteleza.  There used to be a small place called Mofongo's right near the pier.  But not sure if its still there.  Food was ok.

there are dozens of restaurants right near the port.. and all of them have a menu posted outside.  We have been there twice and ate at two different places.... loved the food, and mofungo, yummm.
