Does Royal still do the drink cards halfway through a cruise?

It depends how drink sales have trended on a particular cruise.  If the revenue manager on board is trying to stimulate some spending they might decide to offer a drink card.  Before the shutdown they weren't that common but when they appear it was more common to see them towards the end of the cruise rather than in the middle.  It all depends and there is no consistency.

Though even more rare, the 10 beer card was offered on Enchantment in January. It may not be advertised, one needs to ask at a bar.

I have been on 4 cruises this year and have not seen the 10 drink card offered on any of them.
