Wonder of the Seas Show Reservations

Recommended Posts

They're currently requiring all shows to be reserved on board for all RCCL ships.

If you're interporting from Rome, I'd recommend going to one of the areas immediately after boarding to book your shows, although because of the way they're doing it, you should be able to reserve any spots the 2nd half of the cruise as the people boarding in Barcelona won't have access yet.

Thank you very much, understood.  Is there a particular location to make the reservations?

Yes, I guess most of the fellow cruisers will be disembarking 3 days later in Barcelona, so it should be fairly easy to make reservations for the final 4 nights of our cruise.

We are all really excited and so grateful for all the expert advice on this forum!!

Not while you're interporting.  Rome isn't considered the main port city for this itinerary.

Not sure what you mean. After you embark on the ship you are supposed to sail on.

Interporting is when there are two primary ports in one itinerary.  For Wonder of the Seas, guests can embark and disembark their cruise in Barcelona or Rome.  Barcelona is considered the "main" port and all of the itineraries in the app treat it that way.  So you can't use the app to book shows if you board in Rome. Their IT team hasn't found a way to make it work yet.

I think main thing is you are on the ship and use ships WiFi.

You can make reservations at any time when on the ship.

If RCI's IT team would just re-enable booking show reservations through the cruise planner web site prior to boarding your actual cruise, then this wouldn't be an issue for anyone.  That's the way it used to work pre-pandemic.

We did WOS a couple of weeks ago out of Barcelona. They had staff in the Attic on deck 4 to help people make entertainment reservations. Presume the same is available for people boarding in Rome.

You can't when you're interporting and not out of the primary port.

But as stated, you can go to the Attic on deck 4 to do it.
