Embarkation Form Barbados

Hi everyone,

We are booked on a Caribbean Cruise on Arvia early next year and looking

on P&O website at the embarkation form for Barbados we have to upload a

copy of our picture with signature from our passport.  Being in our early 70s

and not very techy what is the easiest way to do this. Don't say ask a teenager (haha)

as we don't have grandchildren to ask. We assume we only have to do this for arrival

in Barbados at the start for the cruise and don't have to fill in another one at the end.

Thank you.

If you are filling the form in online and using a smart phone or tablet, then the form should tel you how to use your phone/tablet to take a photo of the correct passport page, and should help you to obtain a well focussed one.

Perhaps you could check out the online Barbados form and do a trial run. We managed to complete our NHS apps which required a passport photo  and the system generally helps you to do it correctly.

Thank you.

We did one of those in December. I haven't even thought about looking for our Christmas cruise this year as I assumed new protocols would be issued for the Caribbean sailings from October.

Have I miss3d something while I've been preoccupied elsewhere, pleas3?

Thank you for your reply, we will be using a laptop to fill in the Barbados form.

Thank you

I guess that could work, but a phone or tablet is much more flexible, especially when it comes to adding photos.
