I hope they reconsider this decision.

Yeah, the word "discontinued" seems a bit more permanent than "suspended".  My guess is that RCCL never really liked these as they made no money on them and it took up some time from the crew to host them.  With crew shortages, it makes sense that this is something that would be on the chopping block.
