Dressed up to roam ship at night?

Dress code (such as it is these days) is only for sit-down dining venues.  While some people do enjoy dressing up for the entire evening on ex-formal, ex- gala, dressy nights there will be plenty of people who don't (and that's perfectly okay).

More like Princess/Celebrity. Even on dressy nights, you can change to your comfortable clothes to attend the theater and music lounges. However, on European cruises with a large number of European passengers, expect the crowds to be dressed elegantly on the "dressy"/gala nights in the theaters and lounges. But nowhere near Cunard requirements.

Exactly.  I was on a cruise to the Canary Islands and the ship was 95% Brits and they dressed to the nines on the formal nights.  Many men with tuxedos, a few Scots in kilts and all the rest of formal wear in Scotland, and while I only saw a few women in long dresses, very dressy cocktail type outfits were prevalent.  It was the North Americans who were no as well dressed (myself included and I wore a blazer and collared shirt, but no tie).
