Is Fly2Fun currently shut down?

We are within what we believed be the time for us to be able to book Fly2Fun, but it does not come up when going to our Cruise Manager.  Anyone else having this issue or know what's up?

My PVP said it would be available 330 days before my cruise.  I'm at 390 days

Departing from what port? I know Carnival doesn't do Fly2Fun for Australia cruises.
