Don't know if I should post this here or under casino stuff.

Got an email from BCC listing my current level as Onyx but it looks like I'm just below Amethyst.

It looks like Onyx gets some free play and Amethyst gets more.

How do I collect the free play on my Ocyober cruise?

If I move level up during the cruise , will I get additional free play or will that wait for the next cruise ?

Simply visit the cashier...Don't know what happens if you increase tiers mid sailing, regardless, if you have enough play they'll apply a credit back to your on board account yet you have to talk to the host, doesn't happen automatically.

New level will not apply until your next cruise. Go to cashier desk, they will load the freeplay to your card.

We are Onyx as well how much free play do you get at the Onyx level?

ONYX doesn't get Freeplay per cruise. Amethyst gets $100 min or 5% of the previous cruise's gaming activity.

 

Any player can earn Freeplay points based on their coin in, I can't remember how much it is but I believe on slots it's $10 per $1000 coin in. This balance doesn't carry over to the next cruise and has to be redeemed before the casino closes or it's gone.
