I was told that there is no silver discount when upgrading, unless things have changed. It was always silver discount applied only when purchasing prestige drink package before boarding. 🍹

It’s actually either package gets the discount, but it’s pre boarding, but I think we’re covering the same ground over and over.

I think the key word  for the discount  is  PURCHASE

If you take the O lIfe package  it is  a PERK  in the eyes of Oceania

 

The devil is in the details  as they say 😉

The 10% is supposed to apply to full purchase of upgrade but when I requested it at the concierge desk they did give us the discount. We always get the upgrade. Not sure it’s a savings but it is a convenience. No surprises at checkout.
