Port Canaveral to MCO

Isn’t that before the cruise line’s recommendation? It’s about an hour from Canaveral to MCO. MCO lines can be long.

it might be doable if you walked your bags off and had TSAPre or Clear

I’d personally be reluctant to try.

Noon is doable (and I think within the cruise line’s advice regarding timing).

It was only in the last week that there was some kind of accident that delayed one of the Disney ships from offloading for 45 minutes or so at Canaveral. That would have blown your first proposal.

MCO is notorious for long lines at baggage drop off and security because of the families leaving Disney with unhappy children.  Hour wait in both lines is not unusual.   Use curbside drop off if offered.  My return in May to MCO would have been more than an hour in the Delta Sky Priority line (regular line was endless) due to cancellations from the day before but the Curb side guy came in to offer check in outside.
