Tampa Check-In

We are going on a cruise out of Tampa in a couple weeks and noticed the website for the port is still showing that facemasks are required.  Does anyone here have any recent experience and know whether facemasks are required in the port terminal or not?

Not sure where you are getting your information, but I didn’t see anything on the port of Tampa website. I live in Florida and face masks are not required anywhere!

A banner on the top of the port's website that was last updated January 2022.  Clicking on it takes you to their protocols including mask usage.  I found out through other sources that masks are not required.. thank God.

Looked at the website for TECO shuttle and it too still says masks required due to the Federal mandate.  Surely not.

The only places I know of in Tampa that are still requiring face masks are medical facilities and some assisted/senior living facilities.

Though not a requirement in Tampa's Terminal 6, or onboard RCLs Serenade of the Seas  Nov. 5-12 ... I wore a mask and am glad I did.  I live in the Tampa Bay area and it's not unusual to see persons wearing a mask.  I work in Downtown Tampa and in the office we have individuals wearing masks, also.
