Side2Side

Just a matter of getting from one ship to the other.  I would wait until last call to debark, as you won’t be getting on the second right away.  I have no idea if the ships will be docked adjacent, but even so, you could walk between them, depending on age, condition, and amount of luggage you are hauling.  I could do it,  if I do carryon only.  EM

If you check in with guest services a few days prior to the end of the cruise, they may offer you and your luggage transportation on one of their golf carts between ships.

I will DEFINITELY do this. Thanks :)

We did a side2side in Port Canaveral a few years ago. On the advice of Carnival (I sent an email asking what to do), we let guest services know two days before on the first ship that we would be boarding another at the end. They arranged for us to have priority debarkation and embarkation for the second ship. Worked out great. Was alot of fun. We were amongst the first off. It was too early to board ship #2, so were able to check our luggage in early, we then found a shuttle driver to take us to Walmart and back. I loved it!
