On line check in

Hi 

Has anyone had trouble with the on line check in.

I can't add our middle names, yet it says they must be as passport, even though our middle names are included on our cruise personliser.

I have heard this before and as long as your name is correct on your P&O account there should be nothing to worry about.

I thought the same only first name needed as per booking and first name on passport .What I found was when it brought up passport number for some reason defaulted to one that expired 4 years ago although correct one entered on my details and used three times since new one was issued

Exactly the same for us but also the issue and expiry dates that came up related to our new passports!!

Hi all 

I asked the same question re middle names on the roll call for out cruise. Another passenger has rug P&O and was told it doesn't matter as long as the 1st name is correct as this is what is on the cruise card and that the middle names are correct on the personliser.

P&O said they were looking to change the wording on the check in.

Not sure if I am reading this right but am I meant to have put my husband and childs full names on the booking as I have just checked and only put first and last but on Passport there is a middle name too.
