Tom....weren't you supposed to sail on the Prima in Feb or March?

Yes, we had it booked for probably a year - and I closely followed the build progress. In the weeks prior to final payment I began reading more and more things about the ship which made me rethink our plans. From venues being seriously too small to accommodate the crowds to some bars already becoming short on chairs/barstools due to breakage (where NCL apparently went with less expensive non-commercial quality chairs which were not even standing up to the use over the first few cruises, etc). It still appears to be a beautiful ship with lots of innovative features, but in the end we decided to take a winter trip to the mountains instead !

I just came off the celebration and had a Cabana for the week.  On the check in day they greeted us and asked us how many people were in our party.  We had three and they gave us three rubber wrist bands that can slide on and off.  There are 12 Cabanas but only 3 were rented out for the entire week.  The others were rented out daily.   You can check the board at the Cabanas to if they have availability.   The service was outstanding.  They brought us drinks and frozen fruit and frozen ice cream and lunch if you wanted it in addition to drinks.  We had the same person all week.  In addition to him we had two other people that were always there and doing things.  It was a nice place if you just want to relax and read and get into the hot tub.

Agreed as to service (top notch), but we consider it a "warm tub" or "aquarium."  LOL
