Question - Experience of Zeniths onboard

Just wondering for those of you who are Zenith and not staying in a suite and now without access to the Retreat Lounge, what has been your experience of being able to use the Retreat Host to help out with admin stuff like say booking a car at the end of the cruise, issues you might have onboard?  Also, have we lost the priorities we had like escort to the tender, debarkation at the end of the cruise etc?  These were useful benefits.

The Captains Club concierge and the other concierges (it’s a team now) handle all that and do it well.  They will arrange for priority disembarkation too

On Silhouette TA and most Zeniths were in Suites. I was in Aqua Class so didn't meet them until there end of the cruise. Captain's Club Hostess treated us special and was available to do most of the tasks performed by the Retreat Concierge. It worked out better than I expected, but there was definitely a different feeling that I experienced.
