Pincho on Escape

We usually use our 2 specialty dining dinners at Cagney's and LeBistro, but are thinking of trying Pincho's instead.  Does anyone have any insight?  or recommendations as to what is good to order.  How is it done though it is Tapas?  Will we want a meal after wards, (lol).

The SDP credit is good for 4 items. If there are two of you, you can use 1 person's credit (4 small plates) or both person's credit (8 small plates). Works the same way at Food Republic.

Personally, we think that Pincho has the best food on the ship. And we usually use our SDP credits there for lunch on a sea day.

Oh, and we really liked the bacon wrapped dates, and everything we had under the plancha menu (chorizo, squid, scallops, iberico secreto), plus of course the hams and cheeses.

The first time we planned to stop for an appetizer and wine, pre-MDR dinner, but just kept ordering and skipped the MDR dinner. We stopped another night just for a small plate, and then second time on the Escape, we stopped a few times for a small plate and wine.

Wow, the prices have gone up drastically. About 2.5x the price for a lot of those dishes now. Still worth it.

Back when it was SDP + $7 upcharge, Pincho was still a good deal. Now that the SDP fully covers, the a la carte people are making up the difference. 😊

So could you eat my 4 small plates one day and my wife's 4 small plates another day under the SDP credit?
