I ended up trying the pizza. Apart from tbe vegetation I’d say the cheese and pepperoni are better balanced and the crust is soft.

the one main on the menu that isn’t on other ships is the chicken. So maybe that what I’d try if I did it again.

I just ate a slice of this so I can try something else later

Doesn't like IPA's and now doesn't like arugula.  I see a trend.

this contraption he said there are only 40 in the world and carnival Corp owns 15 of them.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's the point of putting a brewery on the ship rather than leaving it on land? Is the beer made with regular ship tap water?

Some people find beer interesting.  The history (e.g., aided in survival of crew on early trans-Atlantic travel), the various methods.  I get giddy when I hear the word "wort".  Many people enjoy brewery tours, every one is a little different.  I've been on brewery tours more times than I can remember (😁🏴‍☠️) and a brewery tour doesn't work well without a brewery.  Oh and the yummy taste, especially those double and imperial IPAs and stouts!

I found a need for some tums. Occasionally these super sweet drinks will do that to me and I think that alchemy drink did this time. I found some at the liquor store $4

Of course not. It’s made with ocean water.

"The process for brewing beer at sea is very similar to the methods traditional breweries use on land, but the water for the beer comes from the sea"
