Certified Vacation Planner - service still available?

Hello Everyone,

During our recent cruises, I’ve always been able to speak with a single point of contact for our cruise planning. Recently, it seems there is no longer a way to contact a specific planner. I did appreciate that she was familiar with our dining preferences, cabin preferences, etc.

Is anyone aware of any news regarding this service? Has it been cancelled? Is there an alternate way of reaching a specific planner?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Mike

Unlikely, unless the PVP is willing to give you their direct contact info and are willing to reply to you. For personalized service like that, perhaps start looking for a TA.

We were told that the PVP service no longer exists with Royal.  I directly contacted two different people recommended by other on this board and received zero response from them.  I usually handle everything myself but booked while onboard the Radiance in November and then turned everything over to a TA.
