Is there a way to pre pay tips on the Celebrity website?

If you booked with a TA then you have to have them handle that.

Not sure how you do that if you book direct as we always go thru a TA.

If you booked yourself, you have to go to "manage reservations".  If a TA or casino/BCC, only they can access it so you'd need to call them.

 

Unless there's a pending price increase, I don't see any reason to prepay them as you might not make the sailing (knock on wood) for an unexpected reason and it's just one more item you have ensure you get a refund for.
