Casino Royale Annual Cruise benefit - timing?

It was 2 other offers. They were offers that were given to us by the casino onboard the ship based on the points that we earned on that cruise.

I’m curious if anyone here has done two interior annual free Prime cruises combined into a higher stateroom category — and what that category was.

We are a stockholder, frequent cruise traveler, casino player, and very loyal to Royal Caribbean however we are extremely disappointed with our last cruise of the lack of courtesy and knowledge from the casino host. We have been trying to reach out to someone at the corporate office to discuss the situation and the Call Center, won’t  even for a request to that does anyone know how to reach?jerrod Kendall  The manager over the casino department thanks to anyone who has a separation.

I’m masters and will be for the coming year, but what does that have to do with anything? I still answered the question correctly. 
 

I have tons of offers at any given time, but that again still has nothing to do with their question about the tier benefit.

Since we're both Prime, we use both certs to upgrade from two interiors to an oceanview. Then we pay the couple hundred dollars to upgrade to a balcony. Our son, who is also Prime, played enough on our recent Harmony cruise to get a 7 night Wonder cruise in October plus $500 casino credit. He gets a lot better offers monthly than DW & I, but we make it work.

I checked with my TA and they said my Oct 2023 is refundable (Junior suite too) so I just need to sit patiently and wait til the vouchers are released and see if pricing has gone up too much to rebook under a free cruise plus upgrade.
