What time is sailaway now in winter?

Scarlet Lady, end of January, what time is sailaway/sailaway party now that the time has changed and it gets dark early?

We leave Friday 1/6 and all our docs say 6pm sail away.

Was on Scarlet and Valiant in December and both left shortly after 6 (in the dark).

The party (ie the DJ is on) is about 90 minutes I think but the free sparkling wine is only one hour.

I think the sparkling wine might only be half an hour.  Captain usually makes an announcement about it, that’s the only announcement of the whole trip pretty much. Think it’s 6-6:30 for normal sailors on the pool deck.

Ours was about an hour from 6-7 on decks 15 and 16.  This was in October..

I’ve definitely had an hour of free wine (got about four glasses) on our four voyages, but it might have changed since October.
