Stores near the airport/Homewood Suites

We will be arriving late on Friday night, in a couple of weeks and staying at the Hilton's Homewood Suites at the airport (west) on 74th Avenue.  I was just curious if anyone knows of any stores that we could pick up our soda from that is near this hotel.  Also is it an option to ask our Uber driver to stop somewhere on the way to the port the next day?  It would take all of 10 minutes.  We've only used Uber a couple of other times and didn't have to make any stops, so we're unsure if this is a thing or not.  I do realize that will be more time in the car and more money but in the end I would hope it would save us $$ for soda on the ship.  Any and all suggestions welcome.

Looks like it's near MIA, but it's not the one in the Blue Lagoon neighborhood - must be out near Doral.

 

Google maps is your friend - hard to find any place in Miami that is not near a Publix, Walgreen or CVS where you can stock up.

I'm guessing the OP is referring to the Homewood Suites Miami Airport West. 

If that is the case no grocery stores nearby but the Chevron next to the hotel that has a mini mart. They might have 12 packs. This area also has a lot of casual places to eat within walking distance and even a liquor store in the strip mall across the street if you are looking for wine.
