Held booking but can't pay deposit

Not sure how far out you are?  If you are even further out, may be a website issue.  A PCL agent or chat may be able to help?

 

 

Sailings 25 days or more (including Full World Cruise & World Cruise Segments)
Final Payment is due 120 days prior to departure

 

Sailings 6 to 24 days (including World Cruise Segments)
Final Payment is due 90 days prior to departure

 

Also, others have posted website issues today.

call and make the payment through customer service

I called and they called me back. He put me on hold several times before telling me what the deposit was. I was able to wipe out the amount in the full payment box and just put the $200 he told me and it went through.
