Can OBC be used to pay gratuities?

We are sailing on Rotterdam in May and want to know if we can use OBC to pay for gratuities? In the past we have always done this but this is our first cruise in awhile and I just wanted to make sure can still do that. Anyone have any recent experience with this? TIA
