Yes, with a few restrictions (see attachment). Worked great in December and I'd do it again.

Not sure about Florida, but they will pick up from Canada.  I used them last October for my grand

voyage, 69 days.  But could not recommend them.  I got an email from them, a day before leaving Canada, that my suitcase was being held in Cleveland and I owed $1.95 in customs fees.  I was on hold for hours on their hot line and finally had young lady who assured me that they would clear my case, and get it to me on time.  I could not take the chance that it would happen, so packed another case.    Thankfully it did arrive in San Diego in time for departure, but put me through a lot of stress.

I used it in FLL this past week. Best $25 I spent on the cruise! I was off the ship right after the people who "self disembarked." They said it would be 8:00 for my group and it turned out to be 7:45. As I walked through the terminal, they were still bringing in and arranging luggage in the various areas. So in addition to not having to hunt for your bags, you get off a bit earlier.
