cant pay final payment

For some reason I am unable to pay my final payment online for my RCCL cruise in April.

 

It keeps giving me an error message and I have checked and I have the funds available in my mastercard.

 

Has anyone else had issues paying RCCL?

We had this problem on Monday. I had read that they were having issues with Mastercard. You will have to ring them to pay. I needed to pay with Mastercard for the Travel Insurance.

Interesting that same day booked a Celebrity Cruise and  payment just went thru. Same parent Company too.

I booked a cruise with RCCL today  (I normally do it myself online but I had a query about not receiving a previous invoice).  They were expecting the payment to go out in a few days.   The invoice did not show the deposit being paid but that will be updated when the payment does go out from the credit card.

We had a similar situation recently and it turned out that we unknowingly had a transaction limit on our credit card, which prevented us paying the balance online. The solution was to pay via BPAY.

No they have a problem with Mastercard only on some transactions

My payment was all sorted out by 5ish and I received a new invoice showing the payment and balance owing.  All good.

I called and paid over phone with same mastercard.

 

Operator told me their system is having trouble accepting payments
