It keeps giving me an error message and I have checked and I have the funds available in my mastercard. Has anyone else had issues paying RCCL? resordanis Posted January 25, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2023 We had this problem on Monday. I had read that they were having issues with Mastercard. You will have to ring them to pay. I needed to pay with Mastercard for the Travel Insurance. Interesting that same day booked a Celebrity Cruise and payment just went thru. Same parent Company too. Rassa Posted January 25, 2023 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2023 I booked a cruise with RCCL today (I normally do it myself online but I had a query about not receiving a previous invoice). They were expecting the payment to go out in a few days. The invoice did not show the deposit being paid but that will be updated when the payment does go out from the credit card. Calabazar Posted January 26, 2023 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2023 We had a similar situation recently and it turned out that we unknowingly had a transaction limit on our credit card, which prevented us paying the balance online.
