Nighttime shows

We want to make dinner reservations and was wondering what time the shows are at night, so we can plan accordingly.

We are on the Regal on 3/19.

On most ships we have been on, show times are 7:30 and 9:30.  We usually eat about 5:30 and try to get to the first show.

If you like to attend the main show (either 7PM or 7:30PM) plus doing something afterwards you're pretty much confined to eat early in order to fit everything in.

Usually 7:30 and 9:30 but some ships and itineraries the shoes are at 7 and 9. Usually here you can find recent Patters from your cruise or a very similar one that will tell you. I recommend eating 2-2.5 hours before your preferred show time (for parties of 2-4).

Keep in mind that the larger the table, the longer your dining time will be. The waiters like to keep everyone eating each course at the same time and that means you meal will only progress as fast as the slowest eater.

Don’t know what cruise you are going on but European cruises are later 8 or 8:15 and 10 or 10:15.

That's not been our experience.  We just did the Oktoberfest Capitals of Europe back in October 2022 and it was the "normal" 7:00 & 9:30 times.  Perhaps different itineraries?

Generally, we like to go to the main show, showing up to the theater early so we can get a decent seat.  Try to eat afterwards.  Being Club Class does help.
