Canceling Trip and Transferring Funds

Right now we have 2 trips booked but we got the non refundable for both - only the first 500 down payment on each.  Can I cancel the second and have them move the money over to the one we aren't canceling?

If you cancel one you will have a $100 pp change fee. The difference would be a Future Cruise Credit that can be applied to the other cruise once issued.

Directly and immediately?  Probably not.  Intermediate transactions (FCC) will be required.

We had to wait until the FCC was issued and that took about 26 days.

Same for us.    I had a problem with mine.    I had a booking for my BIL and SIL that I cancelled luckily I only had my name on it and second guest unlisted.    They issue two FCC's one in each name -  since they didn't have a second name they only issued one for half.     I called in and they applied the remainder onto my existing FCC.   Took about a month before receiving my original FCC. Instant for the increased value.

 

I then went on-line and applied the FCC's to their new booking which reduced the final payment.
