Do you know if the Signature Suites on Deck 6 can be adjusted to connect to the Signature suite next door?   We'll be on the Nieuw Amersterdam.  Thank you.

Per the ship diagram, there are 4 groups of connecting Signature Suites on Deck 6. They are: 6086/6088, 6090/6092, 6091/6093, 6095/6097. All are just aft of the mid-elevators. There are no connecting Signature Suites on other decks.

All staterooms can have the outermost section of balcony dividers opened to provide access between adjacent ones.

We are booked in SZ 6106. Our first time on HAL. Any input as to this cabin’s location? Quiet?

6106 is next to our second-favorite stateroom on Nieuw Amsterdam or Eurodam. (Our favorites, in order, are 7080, 6108, 7079 and 6113.) On our cruises that location has been very quiet. It is very close to the aft elevators/stairs for easy access to MDR, Lido Market, NY Pizza, Sea View Pool and Sea View Bar.

Nice to know.  We will be in 6108 and our friends will be in 6106 on NA for Alaska this summer!

Since you asked earlier about connecting Signature Suites (these aren't), be sure to have your stewards open the divider section if you prefer your balconies to be accessible to each other. Only the outer third or so can be opened, but it's enough to walk thru.

You'll love it!  Have the cabin stewards open the balcony partition and it will be perfect.  Trust me, we have done it many times and it is much better than a connecting door inside.
