Can someone pride details on what this is and how it works?  I called ncl directly to find out the answer and what I got in response was particularly uninformative. Something about a "special" menu that's in your room. Thanks.

I think this is referring to the snacks (stuff like chocolate covered strawberries or canapés) which will be delivered to your room a couple of times.

I don’t know whether you have any say in what you would receive and when. We tend to get them a few times anyway, for various reasons, and they are quite nice but not something I would miss if they didn’t come.

Thanks, that would explain the complimentary food service, but wonder why ncl would refer to it as a complimentary food-beverage service. It may just be an incorrect reference by ncl because people don't check their own websites for mistakes.

The web site has the correct info, I'm sure the call center drone just misinterpeted what it said. As Keith said, you get some snacks delivered a cpl times, and the "beverage" is probably the sparking wine, and maybe the coffee/tea set-up (coffee maker).

I think that we got some strawberries and on another day a plate of cookies (from the buffet 😀)

Yes, this is our experience.  Never given a choice of what is delivered.  I do love the chocolate strawberries but I'm giving away the sparkling wine if anybody is interested...

We book the Club Balcony for the awesome shower and larger bathroom.  You might also add in the free laundry bag if you are trying to justify the cost.  Definitely don't pay extra for this cabin just to get the delivered treats.
