Transfer new booking to a travel agent

Am currently cruising so do not have access to good internet. Have booked a new cruise while on board but cannot seem to find the form to transfer the booking to my new travel agent. Can anyone send me the link to the page - please.

If we book a cruise onboard we simply request its transfered to our normal TA who then requotes it

My travel agent retired and I have the name of a new one so can’t be done that way.

Surely you can just give the details of your new TA to the on-board cruise consultant with whom you booked the cruise 🤔

I asked the cruise consultant about that and she told me to forward the booking numbers to the new travel agent and have her contact Regent. I did that but the new agent wanted me to make sure that Regent had my permission to do so.  So I’ m trying- had found a link to the form to notify Regent some time ago ( could be a year or more) by reading these boards. Maybe doesn’t exist anymore.

The CC onboard knows how to do it and has the form on their computer.
