Does anyone know which parking garage is used for the Celebration?

On Sunday, March 26, we couldn't even get to the garage.  After 2.5 hours going from downtown Miami to the Port, which is maybe two miles, when we saw our ship and the traffic nightmare continuing, so we parked in Lot 2 and walked over.  This worked out pretty well, as I was in no mood to continue fighting the traffic.  The port traffic was as bad as the downtown traffic.  I have no idea what they are thinking.  So it might be better to park offsite and take a shuttle to the port.  At least shuttles have some sort of priority.  Good luck!

Celebration seems to mostly turn around on Sunday which is a very busy day, there are a lot of ships in port on Sunday. Norwegian Encore, Oasis of the Seas, Carnival Celebration, Carnival Horizon, Explorer of the Seas, MSC Seascape, and Scarlet Lady are all turning around this coming Sunday for example.

Traffic is going to be horrific as most of these ships are going to be over 100% capacity. While not everyone is parking at the port - everybody is arriving in a car or bus or something. So that is a lot of vehicles on the road.
