I will be Platinum for the first time in June and obviously I will benefit from the Platinum meals reward. With Free at Sea the tip is charged at point of purchasing the FAS but for the Platinum reward there is no charge at all so how much do I tip?

As always the only correct answer is to tip anyone you want to tip, any time you want to tip them, any amount you want to tip them.  There is nu suggested, normal, right or usual amount to tip.  What other choose to tip is irrelevant.

From NCL's web site:

What do the speciality dinner benefits cover?

This benefit offers two dinners for two at a specialty restaurant for Platinum, Sapphire, Diamond, and Ambassador guests. Each stateroom will receive a voucher in their Welcome Back card on embarkation day for:

  • •  Dinner for Two with a Bottle of Wine
  • •  Dinner for Two

Service charges are included in this benefit.
