Will there be cabs at Zeebrugge port?

Cruise is charging $90 each for transport to/from Zeebrugge to Bruges.

Ride guru says a cab is about $75 each way.

For 4 of us that would be much more cost effective.

Will cabs be available?

We were in Zeebrugge today. The shuttle bus took us to the port terminal, arriving about 10:30. There was a line for taxis into Brugge. There were no taxis for about 15 minutes, then they started arriving very quickly, mostly minivans which easily accommodated 6 passengers. We shared with 4 other people. €50 for the ride into the center of the city, cash in Euros. We arranged for our taxi driver to pick all 6 of us up at 3:00, which he did. Another €50 back to the cruise terminal. Easy and cheaper than the shuttle. The line for the shuttle was really long.

@el344 Thank you for sharing your experience getting to Bruges today. We will be there in mid July and was wondering how we get from Zeebrugge to Bruges. The NCL "tour" Bruges on your own is very expensive for just a bus ride to/from the city. We were not planning on having cash (Euros), we were planning on using our credit card for all purchases. Do you know if the Taxi takes credit card? Was the 50 Euros total or per person?

We have been to Zebrugges a few times, and there were always a group of taxis lined up at the port.  That being said, there are not enough taxis to completely meet the demand and it is first come, first serve.  So, if you want a taxi, be among the earlier folks to debark your ship.  On one trip we hiked out of the port, got a local bus to Blankenberge from where we caught the train to Burgge.  But that was quite a few years ago and do not know the current situation re public transit from the port to Blankenberge.
