Change cabin after final payment

Has anyone tried to change their cabin after final payment ?

Not looking to upgrade but have found  cabins in the location we originally wanted are now available.

Not on offer when we booked 7 days ago 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

I have done this several times as new cabins are often freed up after final payment date. My TA did it, I am usually on the phone with her.

Yes I have changed cabins after final payment - swapped from a shower/bath combo to a walk in shower - with no problems

If you see a cabin you want to switch to, do it quickly. Other people will be looking to do the same thing. And, of course, Azamara will be trying to sell those cabins at the same time.

 

My travel agent handled this for us while I was on the phone with her.

No problem at all, even upgrading after final is doable.

This is a little off topic but can you tell me where you find the list of available cabins?  I can’t get past what has been assigned to me when making a booking. Thanks

There are many online cruise travel agencies that will show you all available cabins when you search for a particular sailing. We can't name them here, but they're very easy to find.
