Shore Excursions

  Our booking confirmation for an upcoming MSC cruise states Yacht Club passengers will have special shore excursions.  How do I find out what these are?

I haven't heard about special shore excursions for YC guests.  It's just that you have priority on getting off the ship for the excursions which are happening that day.

You meet in the top sail lounge and you are escorted to the excursion meeting point.  On one excursion the butler escorted us to the tour bus.

Is there any YC benefit for people booking non-MSC excursions? (Do we get escorted off the boat? Or just leave at-will?)

Just tell your butler when you want to be escorted off the ship and if there is a line they will take you to the front to be scanned off. If you can't find your butler just go to the Concierge desk and they will have a butler escort you off.

You may be referring to the fact that your YC Concierge can arrange private customized private shore excursions for you. Obviously those come at a steep cost as well.

There is limited option to construct your own excursions in YC.

We asked about this option on a sailing once, the concierge offered to call the excursion desk and that was the sum total of it 😂
