Substitutions:
Homemade (Keto) versions used for Monin Lemongrass Syrup and sweet & sour mix.

 

I'm not sure of the ratio for the ingredients because I don't have Royal's official recipe. I did watch a video of a bartender at 150 making it and I guesstimated the ratios from there.
