Had a great, as in best ever,  Negroni from Vintages. Probably had 20+ on a 10 nighter.. any idea of their version.

I’m seeing a Negroni recipe for Giovanni’s and Jamie’s.  It’s equal parts (0.75 oz each) of Tanquerau Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth.

Thanks, we were on Quantum and that bar makes all drinks for Jamie's.  They also drop a slice of orange to the bottom.  Just got the urge to head to Total  wine.

I thought I'd be able to say that I've covered all the special cocktails at the Schooner Bar but they just started rolling out new menus!

Can someone please help me get the official recipe for these new cocktails?

Tropical Sidecar
Toasted Marshmallow Old Fashioned
Peanut Butter Tropic
Parrot Punch
Tropic Rye
Sea & T
Irish Peach
Southern Belle

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please do not post copycat versions. I only need Royal's official recipes for this project.  Maybe someday, I'll start series on "better" copycat versions.

The official recipe says to garnish with a cherry and a lime wheel, so that's what I did,  but you'll probably get it with just a lime wheel on a Royal ship.
