You don’t need internet to look at screenshots you put in your notes as far as I know

Yes, you can check-in with just your passport. If you don’t want to print your luggage tags ahead of time, I’d be sure to know your cabin number so the porters can write luggage tags for you.

 

I don’t know if you can refuse your medallion at check-in and ask them to make you a card instead in the terminal. Even if you have to use your medallion to board though, you can usually request a plastic card at guest services if you have an objection to using your medallion.
